- We provide hassle-free returns for seven days following the date of delivery, plus an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us. As an additional service, we also provide reverse pick-up at no extra fee.
- There will be one attempt at pickup. if the shipment cannot be picked up by the courier service. The cargo must be returned to the business address. Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the service being offered in your area's pin code.
- Please send back your item(s) in the exact packaging that they came in. A credit note won't be given if the things are returned in bad shape or are obviously worn out.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and a credit note to be generated which will be valid for 6 months.
